Next thing we knew, we were standing at the entrance to the Voodoo Lounge.

The Voodoo Lounge is famed for its fancy, "Cocktail"-style bartending theatrics. You know, juggling the bottles and pouring behind the back, all that shit.

Hoping to see these bartending pros at their best, we brainstormed what drink would be the coolest to make. A few too many evenings at Huber's led us too arrive at the Spanish Coffee. So we order a couple.

"Two Spanish Coffees? Alright."

The bartender ambled down the bar, quietly picked up a couple of stemmed mugs, and measured out the liquor and coffee with all the ceremony of a truck stop waitress.

"Here you are. $20.00."

Okay then. Turns out Nevada law does not allow bartenders to get all fancy-pants with hot ingredients. Weak. We stumble out on the deck, grumbling.
