Ah, sunny Central Oregon, where the suburbs meet the steppe.
Oregon's playground. Golf courses, horses, skiing, traffic.
But it ain't all snowmobiles and grouchy retirees. There are many quiet,
gorgeous, isolated spots to be found in Central Oregon. So far, going by
the thumbnails on the left, it looks like three. But I cheated and did Fort Rock twice.
